Dragon Skin Fx Pro
This is a 2 Shore A, low viscosity platinum silicone that makes super-soft appliances without the need to add a deadener. Silicone cures to a soft tack-free finish and does not exude oil. It also has a gel stage so it’s easy to slush into moulds. Pot life is 10-12 mins, full cure 40 mins.
Ez Brush Silicone 20
A vacuum bagging silicone - this 20 Shore A brush-on platinum silicone rubber is perfect for creating re-useable vacuum bags. It has a 30 minute pot life and a cure time of 3.5 hours.
Slo - Jo - A platinum silicone retarder - adding from 1-2% increases the cure time of your rubber giving you a longer working time. Exceeding 4% may change physical properties of rubber.
Mold Max 25
A new condensation silicone with a low viscosity at 25,000 cps and incredible tear strength compared to its competitors. It is 25 Shore A, white in colour and mixed at 100A: 5B.
A working time of 90mins and full cure of 16 hours, it can be accelerated by using its own Fast Cat 25.
Mold Max 60
A high temperature condensation cure silicone enabling low-melt metal alloys to be easily cast into this 60 Shore A silicone up to an amazing 560°F/294°C. Its mixed viscosity is 20,000 cps. Red in colour, it cures at room temperature within 24 hours with a working time of 40 mins. This cure can be accelerated by using Accel-T.
EZ-SprayŽ Junior Spray Gun
Sprays rubbers, plastics and foams and continues to sell very well for a variety of applications – this “next generation” spray gun offers several advantages. It’s more substantial and heavier-duty; the frame is slightly longer and cartridges are easier to load and remove. It features new static mixing tubes – these also come with the spray nozzle attached - the new nozzles are less expensive and offer better material flow control and spray output. They are also easier to clean vs. the old mixing tubes.
Ez-Spray Silicone 20 Rubber
This spray rubber is made especially for dispensing through the EZ-Spray® Jr. spray gun. It’s softer (Shore 20A) and stronger than the original EZ-Spray® silicone. Based on Dragon Skin® silicone technology, it’s an exceptional mould material and offers higher physical properties.
Dragon Skin 30
A high performance platinum cure silicone rubber that is easy to use and versatile. Mix ratio is 1A:1B by weight or volume, pot life is 45 minutes and cure time is 16 hours at room temp. It cures with negligible shrinkage to a Shore 30A. Vacuum degassing is recommended. Colour is water white translucent. It’s compatible with other Dragon Skin® rubbers and is suitable for special effects, prosthetics and is also suitable for making moulds of any configuration for casting plasters, concrete, wax, low-melt temperature melt metal alloys, resins and other platinum silicones (release agent required).
